【燕窝简介】燕窝是雨燕科“金丝燕”分泌唾液凝造成巢之天然产物。天然燕窝营养丰富、益气补血、

 滋阴润肺、化痰止咳、润肤养颜，功效显著。其含有大量水溶性蛋白质、碳水化合物及磷、钙等矿物质。

 能促进身体组织之再生及增强身体免疫力。

【功能与主治】滋阴清热、化痰止咳、开胃健脾、养阴润燥，补中益气、润肺养颜，抗衰延老。用于

 气虚，咳嗽，气喘，咳血，吐血，脾胃虚热，脘腹作痛，病后体虚等。

【用法与用量】每次用3～10克燕窝，先用清水浸润约30～60分钟后，候膨胀松软，置炖锅中加入适量

 清水，文火蒸炖大约1小时，加入冰糖或白糖拌匀，即可取食。

【贮藏方法】置阴凉干燥处贮藏
